SUBSTANCE: composition has sedimentary silicon dioxide that is low-structural silicon dioxide with narrow distribution of soft particles by their size, their mean size is in the range from 8 to 14 micron, value of oil absorption is in the range from 60 to 120 cm³/100 and empty space volume as measured by mercury intrusion is from 1.0 to 4 cm³/g. Silicon dioxide has index "cleansing ratio relative to film" from 70 to 140 and abrasion value of radioactive dentine from 60 to 130 where ratio of indicated values is at least 1:1. When particle size of silicon dioxide (in microns) is increased then value of abrasion of radioactive dentine remains to be constant.
