FIELD: ore benefication. SUBSTANCE: siderite bauxite ore is crushed and sized into finely divided fraction and hard rocky product. The rocky product is milled and treated by magnetic separation at field intensity of 2500-3500 Oe to give bauxite concentrate and siderite product which is combined with finely divided fraction. The resulting mixture is roasted and separated at magnetic filed intensity of 1300-1500 Oe. EFFECT: increased efficiency. 1 cl, 1 ex, 2 tbl
