SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preliminarily drawing projection of pipeline on plane; marking on projection special points to be fixed and controlled and indicating values of five coordinates; then moving coordinate gage arranged on mounting plate and simultaneously setting out coordinates for each special point in plane; orienting guide pins of fixed units according to coordinates, securing units to mounting plate, then releasing or hinging-off guiding pins; arranging fixing heads on fixed units according to height coordinates and inclination angle of pipeline relative to plane of mounting plate.
