FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: quinazoline derivatives of the formula (I) $$$, its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester where $$$ - $$$-alkyl; $$$ - hydrogen, $$$-alkyl; $$$ - $$$-alkyl, $$$-alkenyl, $$$-alkynyl; Ar - phenylene that can has optionally one or two substituents taken from halogen, $$$-alkyl, $$$-alkoxy or pyridine-diyl. Quinazoline ring can has optionally a substituent at one of 5-, 7- and 8-positions taken from halogen and $$$-alkyl. Compound (I) $$$ is synthesized by interaction of acid of the formula (II) $$$ with compound of the formula (III) $$$ where $$$ have indicated values and $$$ - hydrogen or protective group; $$$ - protective group. Protective groups are removed by conventional method. Compound (I) $$$ is used as an active component in pharmaceutical composition exhibiting antitumor activity.
