FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes forming of cellulose solution in amine tetriary oxide, warm formed solution is cooled by means of gas flow directly after forming. Then, it is placed into settling bath. Gas flow is directed, mainly, at right angle to solution flow. Use of two gas flows is also possible. Produced products are preferably threads and films. The device for production of cellulose threads has spinneret with holes, and directly under holes, the means for supply of cooling gas for cooling of produced cellulose threads.
