FIELD: washing equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves generating electric sine signal of 1-100 kHz frequency modulated by frequency of 10-500 Hz with voltage of up to 300 V; providing emitter energy; converting emitter energy into motion of washing liquid by exciting nonplanar front acoustic wave. Piezocells are located in casing on metal plates, acoustic wave resonants are disposed on back side of metal plate. Power source is made in the form of converter for providing generation of electric modulated sine signal and is connected with piezocells. Casing is made from sound-transmitting material. Excitation of piezocells by signal having predetermined parameters facilitates effective cooperation of washing liquid with fabric for removal of contaminants. Nonplanar acoustic wave front allows this cooperation to be effectuated in wider volume of washing liquid. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 3 dwg
