FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: rotary internal combustion engine has stator 1 with fitted in rotor 3. Shaft 5 is installed in rotor 3 on one axis with rotor. Fork of rotor 3 and fork of shaft 5 are connected, respectively, by means of large cross 11 made in form of ring and small cross 15, with two large and small forks of inclined shaft 14 arranged relatively square to one another and rigidly intercoupled into two universal joints with one common center of rotation. Shaft 5 has two crank heads installed opposite to each other, each being coupled with one of journals of additional crank 8. Heads of two additional cranks 8 are hinged-coupled with two pistons 7 arranged opposite to each other. Each additional crank 8 is provided with toothed sector 9 on its extension which is in engagement with gear wheel of rotor 3. Engine has displacement control mechanism made in form of hydraulic cylinder 18 secured on stator 1. Rod of piston 19 is hinge-coupled with bearing 20 on which inclined shaft 14 is installed.
