FIELD: cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant is used for deep cleaning of cryogenic gases from microadmixtures; it includes recuperative heat exchanger 1 and absorber 2 connected in series and placed in liquid nitrogen bath 7. Inner cavity of adsorber 2 is divided into two communicating zones by means of vertical partition 8. Upper portion of adsorber is made in form of core of heat exchanger 1 on which tubes 3, 9 and 10 of direct and indirect flow are wound which are also used for evacuation of nitrogen evaporating from nitrogen bath 7. Inner cavity 3 of core of heat exchanger 1 is used as damper at inlet of mixture being cleaned, thus reducing breaking of adsorbent 5. Adsorber may be made in form of coil wound on common core.
