FIELD: cryogenic engineering; cryogenic helium and air-fractionating plants and natural gas processing plants. SUBSTANCE: method consists in successive cooling of cryogenic agent, condensation of admixture and separation of liquid fraction of mixture, heating of cryogenic agent followed by adsorption of remaining admixture; cryostating of adsorption process is performed through cooling the adsorbent by separated liquid fraction of mixture. To reduce concentration of admixture in gas fraction before adsorbent, cryogenic agent is cooled to temperature of (1.02-1.5) of mixture melting point Tm.p. and liquid fraction is separated for the second time and cooled to temperature equal of 0.98 Tm.p. (melting point of mixture); solid fraction is separated. To facilitated separation of liquid fraction of mixture in method of double separation of liquid fraction of mixture, cooling of cryogenic agent after first separation of liquid fraction is accompanied by reduction of pressure through throttling, for example.
