FIELD: technical physics; cryogenic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device can be used in installations for processing natural gas to liquefied methane as well as in gas-separating assemblies for getting pure gases. Device for deep cleaning of cryogenic gases has cylindrical bath filled with liquid cryogenic agent. Cylindrical adsorber is placed inside the bath and is provided with recuperative heat-exchanger reeled along its height. Heat exchanger is connected with branch for feeding gas through recuperative heat exchanger. Device also has branch for removing cleaned gas out of adsorber and pie-line for tapping vapors of evaporating liquid cryogenic agent out. Adsorber regeneration unit has unit for measuring resistance of adsorber to gas flow, cleaned gas accumulator connected with branch for removing cleaned gas and pipeline for removal microscopic impurities out of cylindrical adsorber. Two cylindrical metal-ceramic multilayer filter-chucks are mounted coaxially inside cylindrical adsorber. Space between filter-chucks is filled with adsorbent.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of cleaning.
