FIELD: cleaning of cryogenic agents. SUBSTANCE: method consists in successive cooling of cryogenic agent, condensation and separation of liquid phase of mixture in two separators, heating of cryogenic agent followed by adsorption of condensing heat for removal of mixture separated by liquid phase whose temperature in second separator is removed through evacuation. Adsorption process is conducted stepwise at removal of adsorption heat by intermediate cooling of cryogenic agent. Regeneration of adsorbent in adsorbent is performed at simultaneous delivery of heat to all stages of adsorber. After desorption, cooling of adsorbent is performed stepwise at similar temperature and intermediate cooling in heat exchangers. Low-temperature may be introduced for cleaning the agent from low-boiling admixture; in this case, adsorption of low-boiling admixture is effected after preliminary cooling of cryogenic agent to temperature close to condensing point of this mixture making use of cold of cryogenic agent expanded in turbo-expander.
