FIELD: burial of spent nuclear facilities on bottom surface of open water reservoirs. SUBSTANCE: nuclear facility is placed in dish-shaped vessel which is dropped to bottom surface. Containments made in the form of turned over bowls are let down by means of special cable; inner spaces of containments can communicate with surrounding medium through check valves installed on top part of each containment with medium passed outside. At least two containments are lowered down and arranged symmetrically to internal shell by means of stops provided on containments. EFFECT: facilitated procedure; improved safety. 2 cl
