FIELD: dropping cargoes in region of tactical operations, on water surfaces and on areas unsuitable for landing. SUBSTANCE: d/cargo is dropped through flexible pipe in direction pipe secured on flying vehicle by means of rope is equal to speed of flying vehicle which is effected by action of pressure of gas fed to first end of pipe secured on flying vehicle. Method makes it possible to drop cargoes at considerable speeds of flying vehicle in wide range of change of outside pressure of air medium. EFFECT: high accuracy of touch down of cargo irrespective of weather conditions.
