Anode and cathode walls 4 of channel incorporate electrodes 5 divided into segments 8 which are separated by insulating layers 9. First segment of each electrode of anode wall and last segment of each electrode of cathode wall are connected across the line and remaining ones, though respective switches 11. Inputs of switches on each electrode are combines and connected to respective interrupter 10. Control input of switches 11 is connected through electrical isolation unit 12 and frequency divider 13 to common variable-frequency generator 14.
