SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium has the following components, mg/l: ammonium nitrate, 1600-1700; potassium nitrate, 1850-1950; calcium chloride, 420-460; magnesium sulfate, 350-390; potassium phosphate, 160-180; iron sulfate, 27.6-28.0; sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, 37.0-37; boric acid, 6.0-6.4; manganese sulfate, 22.0-22.6; zinc sulfate, 8.3-8.9; potassium iodide, 0.80-0.86; sodium molybdate, 0.2-0.3; copper sulfate, 0.02-0.03; cobalt chloride, 0.02-0.03; myoinosite, 80-120; thiamine, pyridoxine, nicotinic acid , 0.4-0.6; ascorbic acid, 0.8-1.2; 6-benzylaminopurine, 0.8-1.2; 2-chloroethylphosphonic acid-base ethylene producer, 0.001-0.1; sucrose, 28000-32000; agar, 6000-8000; and water, up to 1 l. New aspect of nutrient medium content - addition of ethylene producer based on 2-chloroethylphosphonic acid at concentration 0.001-0.1 mg/l.
