FIELD: training devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training devices and is intended for development, strengthening and recovery of muscles and joints of shoulder girdle, can be used for development of coordination of movements, as well as for rehabilitation purposes. Training device comprises a bearing frame mounted on supports, on which a support platform is installed to accommodate a user and a vertically located telescoping connector with an adapter with a rocker mounted on it. Rocker is made in the form of bent pipe with possibility of swinging relative to connector and is connected by means of axial handles with supporting pipe arranged opposite it on the side of support platform. Load bushings are arranged on the outer side of the rocker arm.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of trainings providing deep workout of large group of shoulder girdle muscles.
