FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying complement-binding reaction using blood sera inactivated at 62-64 C and antigen. The blood sera are obtained at tenth-fourteenth day after rabbits immunization done. The antigen is extracted from complex mixture by applying chloroform or carbon tetrachloride and diluted before setting complement-binding reaction to produce titer being twice as large as its permissible limit titer. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability of method.
