FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: gear includes body with chamber inside it, composite core with vortex generator formed by rectilinear grooves, nozzle ring with annular groove ( chamber ) and other nozzles for blow-away of spray cone, ejector ( drain ) tube located on gear axis, stuffing pressed by nut and box, pipe unions to feed compressed gas into gear. Front part of gear is fitted with nozzle ring with annular groove ( chamber ) and other nozzles directed to point of formation of spray cone. Gear can be used for fine dispersion of nonmetal melt or other liquid medium. EFFECT: increased operational efficiency of gear. 1 dwg
