SUBSTANCE: gear forming board boxes has frame 68, rotary supporting unit 65, two rotary bending dowels 60 put into frame 68 used for inward bending of second and fourth sides of bottom. Flap folder 56 is attached to rotary mounting unit for inward bending of third side of bottom. Guide 64 is installed on frame 68 for inward bending of first side of bottom and bending fixture 72 is put on rotary supporting unit 65 for outwards bending of bent flap of bottom side. One part of fixture 72 is bent to obtain concave surface facing flap folder. Fixture 72 may have convex surfaces on each side of concave surface. Flap is bent with provision for its correct bending along specified line. EFFECT: improved productivity and reliability of gear. 5 cl, 10 dwg
