Material is supplied with the help of compressed air with preliminary acceleration of material at definite velocity. The offered method is embodied with the aid of device having unit for supply of material to shell, unit for charge formation in shell, and unit for sealing of shell ends. Unit for material supply is used in form of portion pneumatic loader. Unit for formation of charge in shell has accelerating pipeline connected with nozzle provided with calibrated narrowing.
