FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing and concurrently applying fluorochrome treatment of smears in 0.01 solution of tetracycline chloride in alcohol. Then the smear is dried and examined by means of luminescent microscope. Yellow-green luminescence being observed in the area of lymphocyte cytoplasm and nucleus, the lymphocyte is identified as B-lymphocyte. Green luminescence of cytoplasmic rim and feeble luminescence or its lack in nucleus being observed, the lymphocyte is identified as T-lymphocyte. EFFECT: simplified method; improved quality of preparation.
