FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has housing which has cap and socket for connection of device to external power supply. Said socket is connected to input of rectifier, which output is connected to circuit which provides power supply of first illuminating lamp. This circuit is designed as serial circuit of switching relay, main power supply and socket. Stabilizing diode is connected in parallel to relay. Relay controls gate which supplies power to socket of redundant illuminating lamp. Output of rectifier is connected to circuit which supplies power to socket of redundant illuminating lamp.
