FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises a microprocessor module, a module of alarm signals reception, a module of alarm signals output and a group of inputs and outputs for connection with a PC and a TPACS, and also a module of external clock synchronisation, which with its inputs and outputs are connected to the microprocessor module, at the same time the modules of alarm signals reception and output are equipped with mechanical breakers of external circuits disconnection, which are arranged with manual control and electronic alarm of a switching position of a breaker, which is taken to the front panel of the device and is connected to the TPACS for device disconnection from input and output circuits.
EFFECT: increased reliability, reduced time for adjustment and maintenance, and in case of device faults, their quick detection and elimination without dismantling of signalling circuits and device isolation from controlled and controlling objects.
