FIELD: agriculture, in particular, manual tillage and ripping of soil in fields and gardens, hilling of cultured crops and soil weeding. SUBSTANCE: hoe has wooden shank 1 and tip made in the form of sleeve and axially aligned one with respect to another along axial line O₁O₂. Steel point is rigidly connected with wooden shank through wood screw 2. Steel point terminates in rod 4 having flat end 5. Rod 4 is bent to one side and then to opposite side relative to axial line on radius of 15-20 mm to define acute angle β = 65 - 85 deg relative to axis of shank and tip. Plate 6 made in the form of isosceles trapezium is rigidly fastened to flat part of rod with its rear side. Lower larger base of plate is sharpened at its rear side to form blade defining, together with trapezium sides, acute working corners. Flat part of rod 4 is bent together with plate 6 and is further bent clockwise or counterclockwise relative to plane extending perpendicular to axial line of shank 1 and point. Blade of plate 6 is inclined for an angle of 15-20 deg relative to mentioned plane.
