FIELD: agriculture, in particular, dispensing of stalk feeds to animals and litter in farms and stock keeping areas. SUBSTANCE: feed dispenser has hopper with longitudinal bottom conveyor and rotor chamber with discharge window and rotor mounted on front wall of chamber by means of hub. Rotor blades are provided with diametrically arranged grinding members and discharge blades attached to rotor blades, with discharge blades being diverted to side opposite to rotor rotation direction. Ripper mounted in central part of rotor hub is formed as cone oriented with its apex to hopper. Diameter of cone base does not exceed diameter defined by grinding members mounted on rotor blades. Height of cone is at least half of rotor diameter. Discharge branch pipe is adjoining from outer side to discharge window. Discharge branch pipe upper part is defined by evolute and lower part is made in the form of flexible wall mounted so that it may be inclined relative to vertical plane, with angle of inclination being adjusted. Feed flow rate regulator and blade beater are mounted in discharge window. Feed flow rate regulator is made in the form of sector gate. Rotor chamber is provided with return pipeline and shear knife. Rotor chamber bottom is equipped with spring-loaded safety gate having segmented shear knives attached to its inner surface. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 7 cl, 4 dwg
