FIELD: medicine, jaw-facial surgery. SUBSTANCE: after detecting painful syndrome at palpation along anterior edge of sterno-clavian-papillose muscle a vascular-nervous bundle is additionally palpated from the side of scalene muscles and anterior-lateral surface of cervical vertebra. At the presence of painful syndrome the above mentioned inflammatory process in fiber of cervical vascular-nervous bundle is predicted. EFFECT: higher simplicity and atraumaticity of the method.
