FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves palpating this group of lymphatic nodes from under the patient arm when the patient supports occipitoparietal zone with palm of a hand on the side under examination and brings elbow in frontal plane. In this way not only nodding muscle, but also scapulo-glossal muscle lifting the scapula, trapezoid and ladder muscles that enables even insignificantly enlarged and easily movable lymphatic nodes to be detectable by applying palpation method. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in selecting lymphadenectomy method.
