FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two members: metal cap 1 and out-of-bone portion analog of implant 3. Cylindrical cap 1 has central canal 2 and slit recess 5 for realizing locking connection with the second member of the device. Analog surface bound to the cap is the exact copy of the out-of-bone portion of implant and has rest platform 6 with threaded pin 7. In connecting two members of the device, pin 7 of the out-of-bone portion analog of implant easily enters canal 2 of the cap. The rest platform enters slit recess 5 excluding rotation of analog member with respect to the cap (external revolution surface of the analog member relative to the cap). External surface of the device has retention grooves 8 for reliably fixing device members in the mold material and on the model.
