FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves studying orthopantomogram, measuring periodontal pocket depth with graduated probe from approximal, vestibular and palatal (glossal) teeth surfaces in performing patient examination, determining bone tissue atrophy degree and dental axis direction in this way. Dental arch defect extent and the number of anchor teeth cavity in the case of crown bridge denture, prosthesis bed tissue state in the case of removable prosthesis are determined. Occludogram is built and imprints are taken from the maxilla and mandible. The angles of interalveolar lines inclination are measured on the plaster jaw models in the area of lacking teeth. Tooth engagement point coordinates on dental occlusion surface are measured using the occludogram built in the oral cavity. The planned occluding contact areas are calculated depending on bone tissue atrophy degree of all dental surfaces, the number of anchor teeth, dental arch defect extent and angles of interalveolar lines inclination and prosthesis bed tissue state. Distance from contact points to tooth center through which its axis runs or to interalveolar lines is determined so that resulting force of forces applied to contact points would pass through the tooth center or interalveolar line. EFFECT: prevented complications.
