FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has extraosseous member attached to intraosseous member by means of threaded connection. The intraosseous member is shaped as threaded cylinder having elongated cell for providing bone tissue retention. The method involves drilling stepwise cell hole using stepped borer. The upper supporting cell hole is reamed with reamer in making alignment on its smaller diameter in root part. The thread in root area is produced with screw tap centered on corresponding to the upper supporting cell hole. Guiding rod is attached to cutting part of the reamer. The rod diameter is equal to root cell hole diameter prepared for producing thread. Tap shank has bearing aligning collar which diameter is equal to the upper supporting cylindrical part of the cell hole in the jaw bone. EFFECT: accelerated operation; high stability and reliability of implant; facilitated tooth assembly process. 2 cl, 9 dwg
