FIELD: medicine, stomatology.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with reconstructing a patient's anatomical dental shape in case of increased erosion of solid dental tissues. The method should be implemented due to molding a model, manufacturing a wax cap for the stump of the treated tooth, modeling anatomical shape of supporting crowns, modeling an intermediate part and transforming wax composition into metal due to molding according to certain models. At the stage of modeling of anatomical shape of supporting crowns one should fix retention pearls of different diameter to the surface of the wax cap being of 0.3 mm thickness: gradually from the least diameter of 0.1 mm in the region of cervical area to the greatest diameter being up to 2.0 mm in equator area and mastication surface; with the help of modeling wax it is necessary to fill in the spaces between the pearls to fulfill the modeling of dental anatomical shape by not being beyond the surfaces of pearls, moreover, one should obtain wax composition of the desired thickness. The innovation prolongs the expiry terms of the denture suggested.
