FIELD: surgery; treatment of injuries in hip joint. SUBSTANCE: lower extremity with injured hip joint is mobilized with help of shortened coxitis bandage, distal end of which (i.e. end enveloping hip) is reinforced along semi-circle by at least 3 equidistantly spaced stopper elements arranged in such manner that bases of their T-shaped plates are embedded into bandage depth, while their stopping portions protrude outwards. Pin secured by pin holders to bracket must be passed through region of femur condyles, bracket being attached to stopping plates with help of distractors. When structure assembled, patient is urged to activate his lower extremity by applying dosed load to its injured side. EFFECT: accelerated consolidation of hip fractures; reduced time for forced bed rest. 2 dwg
