FIELD: orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: method involves semicircular osteotomy of iliac bone to cuneiform cartilage, displacing vault of cotyloid cavity and introducing autotransplant into osteotomic slit. Autotransplant is made of iliac bone ridge with a portion of apophysis and is attached by tailor's muscle. Formed vault of cotyloid cavity is additionally fixed and a second osteotomic slit is additionally formed at a distance of 1-1.5 cm from the first one, to 3/4 of its depth, and allotransplant is put thereinto.
