SUBSTANCE: rocking gymnastics method involves bending, unbending, bending of individual's body to sides at moderately rapid pace with multiple rhythmic repetition of mentioned exercises in the form of rocking-oscillating motions of spine, with bending amplitude ranging between 3 and 6 cm. EFFECT: increased efficiency of method allowing intervertebral structures of all spine sections to be strengthened.
