FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for treatment and/or prevention of degenerative-dystrophic spinal diseases, including complicated by hernia of intervertebral disks. Lower-thoracic and lumbosacral spinal parts are unloaded by means of a corset with a suspension system; for this purpose, the corset connected to the suspension system is put on the patient's chest and fixed in its lower and middle one-third. It involves axial unloading of spinal column with the help of suspension with force of not less than 5 % of patient's body weight in combination with motor therapy in the form of step load for not less than 15 minutes.
EFFECT: invention provides recovery of natural spatial arrangement of vertebras, improved trophism of tissues of spinal motion segments, prevention of dorsopathy in healthy people and negative results of compression effects on spine after sports.
