SUBSTANCE: the given device has flexible airtight basis with impact elements inside its holes, these elements are supplied with needles for the possibility for their reciprocal motion, also it has fixation elements and a source of rarefying. Application surface of a basis is supplied with protrusions situated between the holes. The height of holes' walls exceeds that of needles, and the distance between protrusions is chosen to have possibility to provide a contact of needles and impact surface. Basis edges are supplied with thickening elements. EFFECT: higher efficiency of impact due to decreased terms of adaptation to this impact, improved physiotherapeutic self-procedures under domestic conditions by elimination of accidental traumatization of body surface. 7 cl, 2 dwg
