Locking assemblies are built up of at least two piezoelectric units longitudinally arranged inside frame in tandem or in transversal plane. First piezoelectric unit has revolving, shifting, and locking piezoids, insulators, and frictional member; second piezoelectric unit has locking piezoid, insulators, and frictional member; the latter is engageable with moving part.
