Fixing units come in the form of two or more piezoblocks. First piezoblock includes displacing and fixing piezoelements, split friction member separated by insulators. Second piezoblock is made of fixing piezoelement, split friction member and insulators. Mobile part contacts split friction members. Piezoblocks can be positioned in longitudinal or transverse planes.
