The latter has at least two revolving-and-locking piezoelectric units and locking one which are mounted within frame in tandem in longitudinal plane or in transversal plane. Revolving-and-locking piezoelectric unit has revolving and locking piezoids, insulators, and frictional member; locking unit has locking piezoid, insulators, and frictional member.
