FIELD: stabilization of watercraft through control of frequency of its oscillations. SUBSTANCE: passive stabilizer includes side reservoirs partially filled with liquid and communicated with the aid of liquid and air passages and oscillation frequency regulator fitted in liquid passage. Oscillation frequency regulator is made in form of passive blade rotor; blades of rotor have adjustable angle of turn relative to direction of moving mass of liquid. Passive blade rotor is mechanically linked with electric generator. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of stabilization of watercraft. 2 cl, 3 dwg
