SUBSTANCE: moments of passage of edge of blade free end by sensors are detected, and time intervals between moments of passage of edges of blade free ends by sensors are measured, a signal close to harmonic oscillations of blade with due account made for corrections to its rotation is produced by means of a simulation system, time intervals similar to those that are being measured are produced according to this signal, measured time intervals are compared with time intervals produced by simulation system, and if these values coincide, amplitude of blade oscillations is determined according to amplitude value of simulated signal. device for realization of method uses sensors located under edges of free ends of blades in plane of their rotation, and a simulation system with variable parameters of harmonic signals, whose outputs are connected to input of signal processing electronic unit.
