FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: analyzer is related to means controlling changes of structure and composition of metals and alloys under action of operational loads, provides for proximity analysis of changes of internal stresses of metal structures and evaluation of porosity of protective coats, quality of ion-implanted surfaces and thermal treatment of metal materials. Analyzer has power supply source, unit for information processing and control with desk for input of investigation programs across input and indicator across output and measurement electrodes made in the form of probe composed of two cylinders coaxially arranged with respect to each other. Upper part of internal cylinder is filled with electrochemical compound, has conical shape with comparison electrode soldered in coaxially. Upper part of external cylinder has inverse conicity and its lower part has cylindrical hole coaxial to comparison electrode. Both cylinders are interjoined with inverse conical parts and space between them is filled with conductive filling agent. Lower part of internal cylinder has conical hole made coaxially to comparison electrode. Auxiliary electrode carrying electric contact on free end for connection to tested object is anchored on wall of external cylinder. EFFECT: improved functional reliability of analyzer. 2 dwg
