SUBSTANCE: method intends to determine if volume of biological sample s adequate for conducting precise electric-chemical measurement of concentration of tested matter. System for determining volume of sample is used together with biological detector like electric-chemical indicator strap, onto which strap the volume of biological solution sample is applied. System also has measuring device, which has shape providing placement of indicator strap and measurement of concentration of selected tested matters in biological sample. Additional function of sample volume compensation is provided, which volume is determined as non-adequate one, to complete exact measurement of concentration of tested matter.
