FIELD: instrumentation, testing of liquid media, for instance, dairy produce. SUBSTANCE: stationary pH-meter has measurement glass electrode installed in case of submersible transducer, auxiliary comparison electrode and thermal transducer. Measurement glass electrode contains solid electrolyte of alloy with carrier of ions of hydrogen. Auxiliary comparison electrode is made on basis of non-flowing polymer electrolyte. Electrodes and thermal transducer are sealed off with the help of silicon sealant and rubber spacer. High- resistance converter additionally incorporates built-in programmable controller ensuring automatic reduction of values of measured quantity of pH to temperature 20 C and recalculation of values of pH to values of titrated acidity. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of test of acidity, capability to stand high-temperature treatment during sterilization. 3 dwg
