Abstract RU 2112974 C1

FIELD: test of quality of media, acidity of milk and dairy produce, detection of milk falsification with deoxidizing agents and determination of ions of Cl and Ca in it. SUBSTANCE: proposed analyzer includes measurement ion-selective electrodes and comparison electrode, high-resistance converter and thermal transducer. Measurement and auxiliary electrodes are incorporated in one case. High-resistance converter is fitted with built-in programmable controller that ensures calculation of values of titrated acidity and concentration of deoxidizing agents in milk, determination of ions of chlorine and calcium and their display on indicator of converter. Given controller provides for maintenance of parameters of tuning of transducers in storage by test solutions of corresponding ion-selective transducer. Proposed proximity analyzer can be used for operation as portable one to measure quality indices in various tanks. EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy of quality of media, degree of falsification of milk with deoxidizing agents and determination of ions of Cl and Ca in it. 2 dwg
