FIELD: instrumentation, specifically, for dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: infrared humidity meter includes source of infrared radiation in the form of laser incorporating system of thermal stabilization which provides for stable radiation band from 1440-1445 nm. It also has dish for analyzed product, light detector, amplifier, microprocessor of signals and digital indicator. Microprocessor of signals is fitted with interface. Laser is so installed that angle of incidence of infrared radiation flux on to analyzed product is equal to 45 deg. Laser, amplifier, digital indicator, microprocessor of signals and interface are integrated in one monounit. Proposed humidity meter may include personal computer.
