FIELD: household goods and personal effects.

SUBSTANCE: device in intended for solid and paste-like wastes collection, mainly, outdoors. The device includes handle and scraper fixed to the device stem. The handle and scraper are cinematically interconnected by means of block mechanism and tension link. The handle is fixed on one end of the stem so that it can move, whereas the scraper is fixed on the other end of the stem by means of hinge. The device is provided with the additional scraper. Besides, both scrapers are hinge connected together on the stem and cinematically connected with the handle. The scrapers are spring-loaded and there is a collecting tank between them. The throat of the tank is fixed on the external surfaces of the scrapers. The stem is made composite from at least, two interconnected parts and implemented so that they can rotate and be fixed in the given position. The stem includes hollow U-type holder with the scrapers being fixed by hinges. There is a mechanism for scrapers rotation in each branch of the holder. The mechanism has a pin threaded on the mechanism axis in the part directed to the handle. The first pinion is seated on the pin so that it can displace along the mechanism axis. The pinion is toothed with the other pinion. The pinion axes are mutually perpendicular, and tension link passes from the block mechanism to each scraper through the axial hole of the other pinion.

EFFECT: necessity of continuous cleaning is eliminated due to prevention of surface contact with wastes.
