and at least one of R₁ and R₂ is independently mentioned above O-(C_2-6-alkylene)-SO-3 group and S₁-S₉ independently are pharmaceutically acceptable cations. Said derivatives comprise C_2-6-sulfoalkyl groups, their quantity being from 1 to (3n+6) per each molecule of cyclodextrine; content of underivated cyclodextrine being more than 5 mass % and less than 50 mass %. Clatrate complex of cyclodextrine with medicinal and pharmaceutical composition on its base are also proposed. Said composition may be used orally.
