At least 50% of therapeutic agent does not form a complex with derivative of cyclodextrin sulfoalkyl ether of the formula (I): where n = 4, 5 or 6; each of R₁,R₂,R₃,R₄,R₅,R₆,R₇,R₈ и R₉, means independently each of other -O- or -O-(C₂-C₆--alkylene)-SO₃- where at least one of R₁ and R₂ means independently each of other -O-(C₂-C₆alkylene)-SO₃-. Each of S₁-S₉ means independently pharmaceutically acceptable cation. Invention claims a method of preparing pharmaceutical medicinal form containing compound of the formula (I). Method involves preparing firstly solid core containing the above indicated physical mixture, pharmaceutical carrier followed by application of film coat containing film-forming agent and pore-forming agent on the core. Invention claims a pharmaceutical preparation obtained by method to be claimed. Obtained preparations exhibit increased solubility and bioavailability of an active agent.
