FIELD: coal processing. SUBSTANCE: method includes crushing coal to fineness 25 mm, drying at 80-120 C in swirl chamber in the gaseous heat carrier flow until residual moisture 10-15%, and subsequent production of final product both through separating fraction +5 mm in pneumatic separator and via second heat treatment of fraction Ц5 mm remaining in swirl chamber at 380-420 C followed by thermal agglomeration on roll press. Fuel from pneumatic separator (fraction +5 mm, moisture content 10-15%) amounted to 70% on initial coal has combustion value 4560-5100 kcal/kg. Its reactivity is close to that of initial coal and its moisture content under storage does not increase. Combustion value of the fuel coming out of press is 5800-5900 kcal/kg, yield of volatile components 36-38%, and its lumps, upon storage in air and immersion into water, do not fall to pieces. This product has reduced reactivity and is fit for storage and long-distance transportation. EFFECT: enhanced process efficiency. 1 dwg
